Prices shown — including the €2,400 per square metre fitted rate and the size-based examples calculated from it — describe the factory-finished home and the specification listed on the relevant page. Site-dependent costs such as foundations, delivery, installation and service connections are always quoted separately after a site assessment. Every sale is made under a separate written quotation and contract, which alone set out the final price, specification, timelines and payment terms. If anything on this website conflicts with your written quotation or contract, the written document prevails.

The size-and-price calculator and the figures on our pricing pages are estimates based on floor area and our published rate. They are a genuine guide, not a binding offer; your written quotation is the binding figure for your project.
