West of the city the ground can be bare granite within a few centimetres or blanket bog several metres deep, often on the same site. That changes the foundation design, not the home — the module is identical. What the Atlantic throws at it is covered by the standard specification: Class C5 wind resistance tested to 2,000 Pa, C4 anti-corrosion to EN ISO 12944 (Irish coastal rated), and cladding salt-spray-tested for 1,000 hours — standard on every module, not an upgrade.

That runs from €60,480 for a 25.2 m² one-bed — our minimum build — through €96,000–€132,480 for a two-bed, to €168,000–€264,000 for a three-bed and €240,000–€336,000 for a four-bed. Delivery, foundations and installation for a Galway site are quoted after a site assessment; Galway city is about two and a quarter hours from our Dublin base and Connemara over three, and that distance sits in the installation figure, not the price of the home.
