Factory build
Your home is built to the full specification — steel frame, 200 mm insulation, fitted kitchen and bathroom — while your site stays untouched.

Delivery & install
The module travels by lorry and is craned into position, then connected to services. The on-site phase is short wherever you are — the distance only changes the delivery quote.
