Who we are

Don Modular Homes (“we”, “us”) operates donmodularhomes.ie and a showroom at 68/69 Phibsborough Road, Phibsborough, Dublin, D07 YX38, Ireland. What we collect and why

We collect personal data only when you give it to us:

• Enquiry and quote requests — name, email address, phone number, the county of your site, your approximate size interest, and anything you write in the message field. We use this to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange showroom appointments or site assessments. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Phone and email contact — if you call or email us directly, we process the details you provide in order to respond.

We do not use your details for marketing lists, and we do not sell or share personal data for advertising.

How enquiry forms are delivered

The enquiry forms on this website are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form relay service. Your form entries pass through their systems solely to be emailed to us; see the FormSubmit privacy notice for how they handle transmitted data.

Third-party services on this site

Some parts of this website load from third parties, which means your browser sends them standard technical data (such as your IP address) when a page loads:

• Google Analytics — with your consent, we use Google Analytics (loaded via Google Tag Manager) to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. It sets cookies and loads only after you accept via the cookie banner; IP addresses are anonymised. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
• Google Maps — the map of our showroom on the contact and Dublin pages is embedded from Google, which sets cookies when it loads — so the map stays blocked until you accept it via the cookie banner.
• Google Fonts — the typefaces load from Google.

These providers process technical data under their own privacy policies. Apart from remembering your cookie choice, this website sets no cookies of its own — Google Analytics and the map embed set cookies only after you accept them.

Cookies and consent

When you first visit, a banner asks whether to allow the cookie-setting services on this site: Google Analytics and the Google map embed. Your choice — accept or decline — is stored in your browser’s local storage under the key dmh-consent; it never leaves your device and is not sent to us. If you decline, no analytics runs and the map is replaced with a link to open it on Google’s own site instead. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookies” link in the footer. Google Analytics likewise loads only after you accept cookies through this banner.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any project that follows from it, after which it is deleted. Quotes and contractual records are kept for the periods Irish law requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete, or restrict the personal data we hold about you, to object to our processing, or to receive your data in a portable format. Email contact@donmodularhomes.ie and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie), the Irish supervisory authority.
